Overview: To provide an awareness of the nutritional requirements of older people.
Outcome: Participants will gain an understanding of the meaning of good nutritional care. They will also gain an understanding of some of the difficulties with eating that often comes with old age and ways to manage them. They will also gain an understanding of the M.U.S.T tool.
