Overview: To provide a basic knowledge and understanding in order to manage challenging behaviour.
Outcome: This course will equip participants with the knowledge and understanding of issues surrounding challenging behaviour: to give a better understanding of the appropriate skills and practice required to enable them to deal with difficult situations involving challenging behaviour.
